Cisco to Help Vodafone Idea Upgrade Network for Faster, Smarter Internet
Vodafone Idea (Vi) has partnered with Cisco to upgrade its network with advanced MPLS technology, aiming to enhance 4G and 5G services across India. This move, part of Vi’s ₹30,000 crore network expansion plan, will improve internet speed, reliability, and support high-demand activities like video streaming and gaming. The partnership also strengthens Vi’s enterprise offerings with more secure, efficient connectivity, helping it better compete with major rivals like Jio and Airtel.
